1. General Conditions of Use

Site Access: Access is free except for any connection fees. The user must be at least 16 years of age or older. Some functions require registration with valid e-mail and password.

User Account: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any fraudulent use must be reported promptly via e-mail.

Safety and proper use: You agree not to engage in any activity that is harmful to the site or that infringes on the rights of third parties, including copyrights and trademarks.

2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products and prices: Prices are in Euros and include VAT. Descriptions and pictures are approximate. Prices may vary until order confirmation.

Payment methods: Secure methods such as credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Payment is required at the time of order.

Shipping: Throughout Italy and Europe by selected couriers. Costs and times are indicated before purchase confirmation.

Right of withdrawal: Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer may withdraw within 14 days of receipt by notifying us by e-mail. Products must be returned undamaged and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Made within 14 days of receipt of return. In case of defects, Leisure will undertake replacement or refund at its own expense.

3. Real Credit and Bonus

The site provides a Virtual Credit Systema: the Real Credit (about 5% of purchases). These credits can be used to discount future orders but have no legal value outside the site.

4. Responsibilities

Alarm System S.R.L.S. is not responsible for service interruptions, technical errors, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the site or products. It is not liable for malfunctions of linked external platforms.

5. Intellectual property

All contents of the site (text, images, trademarks) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer if resident in Italy, otherwise that of Frosinone.

Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on www.leisureshop.it, operated by Alarm System S.R.L.S., headquartered at Via Casavetere, No. 150, 03014 Fiuggi (FR), VAT 04789970616.

1. Return times

You have the right to request the return of products purchased within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason. The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code remains valid within the first 14 days after delivery.

2. Return methods

To request a return, you must send an e-mail to info@leisureshop.it indicating:

Order number.

Item(s) to be returned.

Motivation (optional).

Preferred refund method (same payment method or site credit).

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with any seals intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Exclusions from returns

Returns are not possible for:

Underwear, swimwear and lingerie without a hygienic seal.

Cosmetics and personal hygiene products that have already been opened.

Customized or made-to-measure products.

Products damaged or with obvious signs of use.

Items marked as non-returnable or received free.

4. Refund times and methods

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5-10 business days, with the following options:

Refund to your original payment method.

Credit to be used at www.leisureshop.it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must send written notice to info@leisureshop.it or complete the withdrawal form (available upon request).

The products must be returned within a further 14 days of the withdrawal notification, at your own expense, in intact condition and in the original packaging.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Defective or incorrect items

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Leisure will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

The Quick Ship option indicates shipment from European warehouse. Otherwise, the order may be shipped from non-EU warehouse, leading to possible delays.

Useful Information

Delivery time: Times given are estimated and may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or customs delays.

Taxes and extra charges: For orders over €182 (including VAT), a handling fee may be charged to cover customs duties and logistics costs. The amount will be visible at checkout.

Order Tracking: You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package ships. You will be able to track the shipment from the "My Account" → "My Orders" section.

Delivery problems:

If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us within 45 days of payment.

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received anything, or if there are errors (missing or incorrect products), report it within 30 days of the delivery date indicated on the tracking.

The "Confirm Delivery" button remains active for 6 months after shipment; after that, it will be disabled.

Free shipping conditions: Removing items from your cart may void your free shipping entitlement. Always check that your final order amount is within the specified limits.

Warranty Conditions

Object of Warranty

All products sold on leisureshop.co.uk, new and not used, are covered by legal warranty according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

The warranty covers conformity defects found within 24 months from the date of delivery for private consumers. For corporate or VAT-registered customers, the 12-month warranty applies, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Coverage

Manufacturing defects.

Malfunctions not caused by misuse.

Technical anomalies not the customer's fault.

Exclusions

Accidental damage, falls or shocks.

Damage caused by misuse or tampering.

Damage caused by water, moisture, heat, shock, or misuse.

Commercial use not intended by the manufacturer.

Battery and parts subject to normal wear and tear.

Warranty Request

To activate a request:

Send an email to info@leisureshop.it with the subject line Warranty Request.

Attach the order number, description of the defect, and photos/videos showing the problem.

The Leisure team will analyze the case within 5 working days.

If the request is approved, we will proceed with free repair, product replacement, or partial or full refund, depending on availability.

Return for Technical Inspection

The customer may be asked to return the product for evaluation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

Terms

Warranty claims must be made within 2 months after discovery of the defect. Exceeded the time limit or if documentation is missing, the claim may not be accepted.

Complaint Management

Leisure is committed to providing efficient and transparent customer service. This policy defines how any user can file a formal complaint for any issue related to:

Real Credit

What are Real Credits

Each user can accumulate two types of credits:

Real Credit: a percentage retained from the value of each purchase made (usually 5% of the final price), credited to the wallet as spendable money;

1. Real Credit

Definition: Credited as a spendable credit in the wallet, equal to 10% of the value of each purchase, 0.03€ for each review and 0.50€ for the bring a friend program.

Usage:

It can be used to pay for future orders;

It is not convertible into money;

It has an expiration of 12 months.

Example: By spending 100€, you receive 5€ Real Credit to spend on your next purchase.

Each customer can view the Real balance in their personal account;

Credits are not transferable to third parties;

The System automatically updates balances after each completed order.

4. Special conditions

In case of total return, the used Real Credits will be deducted;

4. Validity of Coupons

Each coupon has a specific expiration date, after which it can no longer be used. Always check the expiration date before use.

5. Redemption rules related to Coupons

In case of full or partial refund on a coupon order:

If the remaining order amount is still within the coupon threshold, there will be no change;

If it is no longer within the threshold, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally.

Example: You used a €15 coupon on a €120 order (threshold > €99). If you ask for a partial refund and the remaining total drops to 90€, the applicable coupon would only be 6€, so you will be deducted 9€ at the refund stage.

The visibility of a product can be influenced by:

Competitive price: products with cheaper prices have more visibility.

Available stock: items with immediate availability tend to appear sooner.

New arrivals: recently entered products are promoted initially.

Active discounts or promotions: temporarily increase placement.

Shipping time: items with quick delivery may get higher ranking.

Feedback and reviews: positive ratings influence ranking.

Performance: low return rates, high reliability and punctuality improve visibility.

Terms Used

What is the Used Section

Leisure's Used section allows registered users to propose used goods for sale. All proposals are manually evaluated by staff before being posted online.

How it works

User submits product description, photos and features via dedicated form or restricted area.

The Leisure team evaluates the proposal and notifies the vendor:

Acceptance or rejection;

Possible base bid or recommended price.

In case of acceptance:

The product is published for a fixed time;

Users can bid or buy directly.

Delivery of products

Shipping arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis.

The seller is responsible for packaging and delivery.

Alternatively, Leisure can offer an on-demand shipping service (at a separate cost).

Payment

Payment is made through Leisure's secured Systema.

Leisure retains a commission on the sale (stated at the time of the agreement).

The balance to the seller is made after confirmation of receipt and verification by the buyer.

Warranty and liability

Used products are sold "seen and liked."

There is no commercial warranty unless otherwise specified.

Buyer consciously agrees to purchase used goods.

Limitations

They are not allowed for sale:

Counterfeit or untraceable products;

Goods that violate the rights of third parties or Italian laws;

Dangerous, expired, damaged or hygienically inadequate items.

Foreword

The Leisure platform hosts a section dedicated to the sale of used items posted by private or business users who wish to offer personal or business goods that are no longer new.

The inclusion of products in this section is subject to acceptance of these conditions.

1. Publication of products

Vendors should send request to Leisure with:

Original product photos;

Detailed description;

Proposed auction base or fixed price.

All content is evaluated by Leisure before publication.

Publication is at the discretion of the editors, who may reject products without obligation to state reasons.

2. Seller's responsibility

The seller guarantees that he/she is the rightful owner of the property offered for sale.

He is responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided and the absence of hidden defects.

The sale of counterfeit, stolen or legally prohibited items is prohibited.

3. Sales management

In case of confirmed sale by auction or direct order:

The seller will be contacted to ship the product;

The amount will be transferred net of the fee retained by Leisure (upon notification).

The sale is not final until the best offer is accepted by the seller himself.

4. Limitations and penalties

Failure to comply with conditions can lead to:

To the removal of published products;

To blocking the user account;

To reporting to authorities in case of wrongdoing.

5. Mediation service

Leisure acts as a technical intermediary between seller and buyer, but does not assume direct responsibility for the quality or conformity of the good unless otherwise stated.

International Customer Information

International Shipping

Leisure ships products to various countries in the European Union and also to international destinations upon request. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Customs documentation

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs controls, import taxes or duties imposed by the destination country.

These costs are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility

Leisure is not responsible for delays or withholding due to customs authorities in the receiving country.

Any refusal of delivery by the customer does not entitle the customer to a refund if the product was properly shipped.

Applicable regulations

All contracts are governed by Italian law, even for purchases from foreign countries.

In case of international disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is of the Court of Frosinone (Italy), unless otherwise required by EU Regulation No.1215/2012.
