How to wear?
Wear the super-soft bamboo layer (white side) next to your skin while the printed side of the pad touches your underwear. Simply place the pad inside your underwear and snap the flaps together underneath.
How to wash yourself?
Cloth pads can be easily washed by hand or in the washing machine. You can soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before washing. Most of the blood comes out during the soaking process. After that, it's just like washing your clothes.
