How to wash yourself?

Inseriscilo nel lavandino e accendi l’acqua fredda.
Sciacqualo e spremilo delicatamente fino a quando il sangue viene rimosso o l’acqua è in esecuzione trasparente.
Strofinare un po’ di sapone liquido sopra il cuscinetto, impastare delicatamente i cuscinetti (come impastare il pane) per un minuto o due appena abbastanza che vengono arruffati.
Risciacquare accuratamente e spremere delicatamente l’acqua.
Appendere ad asciugare.
