Although it wasn't the seller's fault, EcoScooting's courier delivery service was damaged. They tried to deliver after hours; after speaking to customer service four times after the first failed delivery, the package disappeared, with no information. They sent me proof of loss to get my money back. Eventually, they delivered it, but to a different address than mine. It finally arrived. But you can't trust anything with this shipping service.
