Alright, I got this sketchbook previously but returned it because I thought the price was too high. This time I got it for a fair price. I love the size, it's not to big not too small. The image doesn't do justice to how beautiful the fabric cover is. There are pages satin, cold press and rough. It can be a downside for some artists but I think it's really cool to have different textures in a bloc. A problem about this sketchbook is the watercolor transfers to other pages. I would suggest to put a washi tape in between for using both pages or use watercolor in an almost dry way not in wet and wet or big washes. Take also into consideration there's no much size or is spread uneven.
Is there anyway to reach POTENTATE? I would like them to make more skechbooks like this one with different fabrics. Thank you to the shop!

I've already bought the 12 x 12 cm cold-press sketchbook and really liked it. I bought this hot-pressed one for more detailed work with watercolor, tempera, and acrylic markers. It's the best watercolor sketchbook on this site. It doesn't crease at all when you use a lot of water. The design is also cute.

The shipping rate was quite reasonable (to Australia). It was VERY well packaged, with excellent protection against damage. The pages are lovely and thick, as you'd expect from 300 gsm (140 lb) paper. As you can see in the photos, one side is slightly more textured than the other, so you can choose whichever you prefer to paint, or paint on both! There's a fantastic pocket on the back, with its sides reinforced with the same black ribbon as the bookmark. Finally, the elastic band used to keep it closed is excellent quality—nice, thick, and sturdy. I haven't tried the paint yet, but I'm sure it will be wonderful. I didn't need to communicate with the store, so I can't really speak to their communication, but I have to evaluate it or I can't post this review. So, going by the quality of the product, I suspect it wouldn't be a problem if you have one.
