Can the product be used at both 50HZ and 60HZ?
Yes, HiBREW machines can be used in both 50 and 60Hz according to the laboratory test, but due to Saudi Arabia's rules on household appliances, the outer packaging must be ticked at 60Hz mark. HiBREW machines can also work well at both ratings. If you feel knowledgeable about this, you can request a product safety certificate from HiBREW customer service, thank you.
