1.Logistics and delivery policies????
a.Island Addresses: We do not support delivery to island addresses.
b. Multiple Packages: If your order includes multiple packages, we provide separate tracking numbers for each. Packages may ship via different carriers and arrive at different times.
c. Package Reported but Not Received: If the logistics information shows “delivery” but you have not received the package, contact the carrier directly and request proof of non-delivery (additions, photos of the delivery location or signature)
d. Delivery errors: Common causes include unsatisfactory addresses (mission house numbers, incomplete details) or incorrect recipes. Ensure your address includes a house number/apartment unit to avoid clippings.
e. Reshipment for returned packages: If a package is returned due to delivery failure, we can resend it after confirming the package has been returned to our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange this.

3. Wrong, missing, damaged, or defective items????
a.Refund and Replacement Policy: Please do not open a dispute first. If a full or partial refund is issued for wrong/missing/damaged/defective items, replacement parts will not be provided any longer.
b.Immediate Check: Check the goods and all parts in the delivery. Inform the situation of the goods and the numbers of the lost/damaged parts within 48 hours for free replacement.
Note: Only offer a free replacement parts service. Please confirm the parts and quantities that need to be replaced/remaining before placing an inquiry.
c. Minor Defects: We do not accept full refunds for minor defects that do not affect functionality and are discovered after assembly (e.g., small scratches, non-critical defects). We may also offer a partial refund.
d. Spherical defects: such as defects in critical components, missing critical components, etc. Provided that they are not caused by human error, we can provide free replacement.
e. Sending wrong goods,
The buyer needs to provide the following pictures so that I can verify with the warehouse and process them for you. The buyer must return the product in order to receive a refund.
