Excellent sneakers. I run at a slow pace in these. I did three training sessions, at 7:15 for 5 km, at 7:40 for 7 km, and one interval session. They were acceptable in all training sessions. The shock absorption is excellent. After the first training session, they were a little uncomfortable for my Achilles tendon, but during the second session everything was fine. I think it's a matter of getting used to them.
I don't know how to walk in these, like I do with normal everyday shoes. I think this isn't convenient. I change shoes right before running. I'll train with different sneakers.
They arrived in the Urals in about 10 days.

Lightweight, soft, comfortable, and suitable for narrow feet. I ordered a size 37.5 with a 23.5 insole. They fit perfectly. Anything larger would have been too big.
