   The product is perfect. A good helper for the home. I really like that it has a wheeled steam cleaner. This is my second steam cleaner, so I have something to compare it to. This one is better. Very fast delivery.

   Potentially, the product is probably not bad. But it was very poorly packaged. That's why it arrived broken. The seller asked for the dispute to be closed within a month, complained that the repair fee was too high, and never sent the correct part (a large brush got lost in transit, but it was recovered). Overall, what arrives in your package is a lottery.

   Not Deerma: normal name. It was poorly packaged: the measuring glass was broken during shipping and the tube was glued shut.
