   It arrived bent, and the support part of the exposed section of the fence bar was also bent. I ordered three items, but only one arrived in good condition, and two were bent. It's fine to keep towels, but placing a new shampoo bottle makes me uncomfortable.

   I was worried because the box arrived crushed.
   When I tried to take it out, it wouldn't come out because it was too squashed…
   Luckily, only the corner part is deep, so I'll just use it straight.
   I have purchased a few of these and am using them well, but this time I am not satisfied.
