1. Please choose the appropriate size based on your foot length (heel to toe). The size number marked on the sole of the shoe is the Chinese size, not the European size. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service for assistance.
2.Due to the color deviation from different displays, the actual color may vary slightly. Please refer to the actual product.
3. Shoes may experience slight friction and deformation during transportation, which is normal. If you receive shoes with quality problems, please contact us immediately.
4. New shoes that are only factory-worn may have a glue smell, but this isn't a quality issue. I hope it can be resolved. The smell will dissipate after being placed in a ventilated area for a while.
Notice
Usually, the order comes without a shoe box, just a pair of shoes. If you need a box, please contact us to increase the price.
