General description of the device
TENS and Muscle Stimulator is a Portabeand DC3.7V battery-powered multifunctional device, which offers both Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Powered Muscle Stimulation (PMS) in one device.
Principles of regular applications
1) Close the exact pain point or the area where the most muscle aches. For best pain relief, place a pair of electrodes from one channel on the side of the pain. That is, you can place one electrode on the painful site and the other near the pain site.
2) Intensity: The intensity can be gradually increased until it becomes comfortable. Always stay below that point of discomfort.
3) Recommended application duration and program selection: For the first time, choose program L at the low intensity level to treat 10 minutes a day, then repeat 3 times a day. You can increase the intensity and time after you become familiar with the device and learn to use it. Stay with program L for a few days before trying other programs and intensity settings. It is difficult to recommend a particular program for a specific type of pain and is usually determined by the user's time to relief. However, if you do not feel any pain relief after trying different programs and intensities for a period of time, it is recommended that you consult with your doctor.
4) If the stimulation sensation becomes weak or disappears, you can increase the intensity by pressing the (+) key to a point where the stimulation is uncomfortable. If the sensation has become uncomfortable, press the (-) key to reduce the intensity. Always stay at the point of discomfort!
