Forget the pants ???? They're for slim Asians. I'm usually a US size medium for tops and pants. XL fits very well (like the top) and again, forget the bottoms. Very comfortable and I like it. Yellowish/beige shirts are a bit "see-through"... you can see the pads. But darker colors or beige/pink striped shirts are perfect! (Buy the same brand from different sellers)
