Warning
1. Foam milk can and heating up to 60±5°C (131°F)~149°F) when heating the milk, which is the optimal temperature for drinking. Overheating will destroy milk nutrients.
2. This milk rack is designed to foam milk. The protein and fat content is what allows milk to foam. Non-milk milk is vegetable based of a product type will be less consistent and may vary. If you insist on non-house milk, recommend a Barista-style non-milk milk that should help with milk foam for vegetable milk. The result of the foam cannot be guaranteed for any other non-barista style vegetable milk.
3. The key factor to achieve good foam is using fresh and cold milk. Milk should be cold and fresh. Use the milk that has been taken directly from the refrigerator and immediately start foaming. The coldest milk, the best. The milk temperature is around 4.~6°C(39.2°F~42.8°F).
4. Do not leave milk on the counter after use as it can effect the freshness of milk. Always put the milk back in the refrigerator when used.
5. Never fill the milk on the MAX level. Prepare to use the appropriate whip. Check the level of the corresponding indicator. MAX Fill Line(115ml) before foaming the milk. MAX Fill Line (240ml) before heating milk.
6. Clean the carafe immediately after use. Sink and clean the walls using hot soap water, then dry with a soft and dry cloth.
